Excellence along the Camino Inglés
The Association of Local Councils of the Camino Inglés promotes a Network of Tourist Establishments, (initially restaurants and accommodation) which are committed to maintaining excellence and high-quality services for pilgrims. Establishments belonging to the Stelar Network will meet a series of requirements related to quality, sustainability, prevention of Covid-19 and the use of agri-food and fisheries products sourced locally.
