e start the day again from a porticoed Calle Real, towards the old city. The departure from Pontedeume, from where you can see the castle that belonged to the Andrade family, is along a 1km long steep slope before it gives way to a gentle descent through agricultural landscapes before reaching sea level again at the height of the Baxoi bridge where so many pilgrims passed in the Middle Ages. Here there is a rest area by the river.

From here on, the route will be less demanding for the pilgrims' legs than the initial section of the stage. Once the marshland is in view, indicating the proximity to the coast, you are practically in the town of Miño, where the mouth of the river Lambre, belonging to the Natura 2000 (Network) can also be seen, as well as its wonderful beaches and monuments.
